Weather-aware scheduling
Days are scheduled around the forecast from the start - and when the forecast moves, the plan moves with it.
What it does
- When the days first build, outdoor-heavy plans are placed on the days with the better forecast and indoor plans cover the worse ones.
- When the forecast changes mid-trip, the affected days reshuffle: the hike migrates to the clearing afternoon, the museum absorbs the rain.
- Reshuffles respect what is fixed - booked, timed-entry, and reserved items hold their slots, and the flexible items move around them.
Why it matters
Everyone plans the hike for Saturday; the weather decides it is a Sunday hike. Without help, that discovery triggers thirty minutes of re-planning in a hotel lobby, usually at the cost of the thing you least wanted to drop. A plan that watches the forecast does that re-shuffle before breakfast.
The honest boundary
The forecast is an input, not a promise - 7 Wanders reads the weather, it does not command it. Reshuffles are proposals over your real constraints: what is booked stays put unless you say otherwise, and you can always overrule the plan and hike in the rain like your ancestors did.
Let the rain reschedule itself for once.
