Common questions
How long does it take to plan a trip?
Usually one to two minutes when transport research is on, because the app is looking up real flight and train connections before it plans. Turning that off gives you a faster plan without live transit numbers.
Why do I have to sign in?
Planning and trip sync are account-based, so there is no anonymous mode. Once you are signed in, your trips are stored on your device and stay readable offline.
Are the flight and train times guaranteed?
No. 7 Wanders researches real connections rather than inventing them, but schedules, prices, and opening hours change. Always confirm the details at the moment you book.
I hit a daily limit.
Each account has a daily allowance of assistant requests — plans, refinements, and questions. The app tells you when you have reached it, and it resets at midnight UTC. Your existing trips stay fully readable in the meantime.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store, not by us, so they are cancelled there: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, and it takes effect immediately. The full list of what is deleted and what is kept is on the account deletion page.
Something looks wrong in my plan.
Please tell us — this is the single most useful thing you can send. A screenshot and the trip's destination and dates are enough for us to reproduce it.
